Lecturer’s Car Knocks Student At KNUST




A student of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has been knocked down by a car at the shuttle rank near the new examination hall.

The incident, which occurred 2pm on Tuesday, 8th March, 2016 also caused serious damage to other vehicles plying the road at the time.
According to one of the victims, the driver of a car with registration number AC 398-15 lost control and veered off the road to hit other vehicles nearby and then run to knock down the student.
The driver has been identified as a female lecturer at the department of Veterinary Medicine at KNUST.
The student and the lecturer are receiving medical treatment at the KNUST Hospital.
